Refund policy

Thank you for being an Inner Joy Activewear customer.

We have a 60-day return policy. You may request a return up to 60 days from your order date. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition, or merchandise must be defective.

To start a return
Please contact us at info@innerjoyactivewear.com. We’ll send you a postage-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Only Inner Joy Activewear products with proof of purchase are eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are final sale. 

Refunds
Please remember it can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at info@innerjoyactivewear.com to check the status of your refund.
